Return Policy

At ZeeGadget, our goal is to serve our customers with integrity, honesty, and fairness — in full accordance with the principles of Islamic Shariah. We believe in clear, transparent transactions and take responsibility for ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. General Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their item, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
  • A valid reason for return must be provided — such as receiving the wrong product, defective item, or damaged goods on arrival.

Note: According to Islamic ethics, returning a product out of regret (without any fault) is discouraged unless there is genuine hardship or dissatisfaction with the product’s value or performance.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or Issue a full refund, including delivery charges (where applicable)
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos/videos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except in the case of defect or error on our part:

  • Opened software or digital items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products that are clearly stated as non-returnable at time of purchase

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Store credit can also be offered if preferred.

5. Shariah-Compliant Business Practice

In line with Shariah principles, ZeeGadget:

  • Does not engage in deceptive marketing
  • Honors all warranties and clear product descriptions
  • Respects the buyer’s right to fair value and satisfaction
  • Upholds mutual consent (رضا) and transparency in all transactions
